Orders usually take 1–3 business days to process, plus 5–10 business days in transit. The total estimated delivery time is typically 6–13 business days.
Do you ship outside the United States?
At this time, Vital Mamas focuses on serving customers within the United States. This allows us to provide a more reliable experience for U.S. shoppers.
Will I need to pay customs or import fees?
No. Orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid basis, which means customs duties, taxes, and import fees are already handled. The price shown at checkout is the final price.
What payment methods do you accept?

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Order changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, the order may already be processing and changes may no longer be possible.

You may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging. To start a return, contact support with your order number.
Do you charge restocking fees?
No. Vital Mamas does not charge restocking fees for returns.

Please contact us immediately with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Vital Mamas will arrange a replacement or refund and cover the return shipping cost when required.
