1. 30-Day Return Guarantee

You have the right to request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • How to Initiate: Please contact our support team at info@vitalmamas.com with your order number.
  • Authorization: All returns must be authorized before shipment. Once approved, you will receive a specific Return Authorization (RA) number and the address of our dedicated processing facility.

Returns sent to this administrative address without prior authorization cannot be accepted or processed.

2. Return Conditions & Costs

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging and in original, unused condition.

  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees ($0.00).
  • Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, Vital Mama’s will cover 100% of the return shipping costs or provide a pre-paid shipping label.
  • Change of Mind: For standard returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs to our designated international processing center. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

3. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refund Processing: Once received and inspected (usually within 3 business days), refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Exchanges: We accept exchanges for different sizes or colors, subject to stock availability. Please contact us to arrange the swap.

4. Cancellations & Address Changes

Because we aim for fast processing, any cancellations or address changes must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has entered the fulfillment process, we may not be able to modify it.
